THE FUTURE OF INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION

Abstract

This Article aims at examining thefuture of international arbitration with aspecial focus on the development of arbitralinstitutions. Arbitral institutions will playa key role in the future of internationalarbitration with all the services they havealready started to provide. Even though thecompetition among these institutions is high,the cooperation among them is even higher.At the end, they all serve to arbitration.One can argue here what the arbitrationreally is. Can arbitration be deemed as areal alternative to national systems? Or, is itjust trying to replace them? The predictionon the future of international arbitrationwill change according to answers givento these questions. As a result, the futureof international arbitration depends on itsacceptance as an autonomous system.

Tahkim kurumları, şimdiden sağlamaya başladıkları hizmetlerle uluslararası tahkimin geleceğinde anahtar rol oynayacaklardır.
